Crista works as an Intimacy Professional, Stunt Performer, Circus Artist, and Actress. Crista’s diverse work experience in theater, opera, television, film, commercials, and circus has given her a unique sensibility and understanding for a variety of creative collaborations. As an intimacy professional Crista has worked on; Broadway: Between Riverside and Crazy (Helen Hayes), West End: Mad House (The Ambassadors Theatre). Off-Broadway: Teeth (Playwrights Horizons), Dig (Primary Stages), The Welkin (Atlantic Theater Company) Dodi & Diana (HERE), Little Rock (Loretto Theater), Things of Dry Hours (NYTW). She was the Assistant Artistic Director of the remount of Cirque du Soleil’s iconic show, Alegria. She worked on Little Rock (Loretto Theater) directed by Rajendra Ramoon Maharaj, The Anthem (Lynn Redgrave) and TINK (The Pearl) directed by Rachel Klein and Things of Dry Hours (NYTW) directed by Ruben Santiago Hudson. 

 

As an aerialist, her work has been featured in a variety of venues and creative spaces. She was an aerial Pearl Diver in Penny Woolcock’s critically acclaimed production of Bizet’s opera, Les Pêcheurs de Perles, at both The Metropolitan Opera House and the LA Opera. She was a part of the creation of Beyonce’s Formation World Tour, and worked as an aerial double for Zendaya in The Greatest Showman, Dominique Fishback in Project Power and Nathalie Emmanuel in the 2020 Cupra Supreme Commercial Announcement. She has also collaborated on the NBCU Upfronts, Broadway Bares, Radio City’s Summer Spectacular, CABI Fall Fashion Show, and The Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards.
